Marcus Cintas brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of energy infrastructure, capital markets, and digital infrastructure development. As Founder and Chief Development Officer of Earth Energy Geo, he has led the deployment of $1.35B+ in capital over the past 24 months across equity, debt, and Energy-as-a-Service structures — building a vertically integrated platform spanning land acquisition, engineering, procurement, and institutional capital formation.
Marcus is also Founder of U.S. BESS Corp, where he has designed and delivered utility-scale battery energy storage systems addressing critical gaps in grid interconnection and power delivery for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. His work has captured significant incremental tax value for clients through domestic content procurement strategies under the Inflation Reduction Act, while cutting equipment procurement cycles from 18–24 months down to as little as 60–90 days through direct relationships with U.S.-based manufacturing partners.
As Contracted Principal for Cordia Energy, a KKR subsidiary with $8B in dry powder, Marcus is responsible for converting complex development pipelines into bankable, institutional-grade investment opportunities — extending KKR's reach into primary and secondary U.S. infrastructure markets.
Marcus's roots in the energy sector trace back to his role as a founding investor and technical contributor at CleanSpark (NASDAQ: CLSK) during its formative years as a microgrid software and energy management company, where he helped shape core microgrid architecture and distributed energy resource orchestration capabilities that continue to inform his work today.
His track record includes delivering the first U.S. Department of Defense hybrid resiliency microgrid at Camp Pendleton, engineering hyperscale BESS and AI infrastructure platforms in Texas and California, and building deep expertise across grid integration, thermal energy systems, and domestic supply chain strategy. Marcus holds a B.S. in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of San Diego and is a licensed real estate professional in Nevada and was a licensed loan officer in California.
Jason Pratt built his early career in capital equipment and CNC engineering, working closely with the founder of Morton Machinery in Los Angeles before eventually landing Boeing as a major client — an account he won through sheer persistence and relationship-building. That deal led to years spent working directly with Boeing's leadership and engineering teams worldwide, negotiating contracts for metal-fabricated aircraft parts.
That early success sparked a career as a serial entrepreneur. Jason has since raised over a billion dollars and founded 21 companies, driven by a passion for identifying problems and building businesses to solve them.
Known as a natural "Power Connector," Jason has a talent for bringing people together in ways that consistently create new business opportunities. He's also a dedicated mentor, informally coaching others he meets along the way.
Today, Jason is the founder and president of Universal Care Groups, where he leads an IRS Section 125–approved health and wellness plan, an emerging I-9 identity-verification platform, and active ventures in the energy sector connecting people, products, and capital.
John B. Holden, Jr. is a partner in the Energy and Natural Resources practice at Jackson Walker LLP's Dallas office, with more than 40 years of experience representing clients across the full lifecycle of oil, gas, and mineral transactions, including entity formation, financing, and acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream assets. His practice covers exploration, production, transportation, processing, and marketing of oil, gas, and other natural resources, as well as energy lending and debt and equity financing for both borrowers and lenders.
He is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, has been named to The Best Lawyers in America since 2006 and to D Magazine's "Best Lawyers in Dallas" since 2013, and is a past chairman of the Dallas Bar Association's Energy Law and International Law sections. He holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio University and law degrees from George Washington University and SMU's Dedman School of Law.
Trina Wiles is an accounting and business management professional with over three decades of experience driving operational excellence and financial integrity for executive leaders and healthcare practices, known for her analytical precision and process-driven leadership.
She has served as a trusted advisor to business owners, managing comprehensive company accounting, cash flow across dozens of accounts, and high-level project management -- scaling medical practices into multi-location clinics, leading software conversions, and managing expansions up to 38,000 square feet.
Trina holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University and is based in Dallas, Texas.

Her background spans healthcare, insurance, operations leadership, business strategy, and AI-driven process improvement.

Amy Pratt is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and energy advisor distinguished by her resilience and strategic mindset. As Co-Founder of Pratt & Pratt Energy Advisory Group Solutions LLC, she leverages decades of entrepreneurial experience to guide clients through complex energy, real estate, and private capital transactions.
Amy began her career at age 17 in the beauty industry before pivoting to real estate investing to build financial independence. Her successful transition into private lending and hard money brokerage established her reputation for simplifying complex, high-value deals. In 2023, she expanded into the energy sector, recognizing strategic parallels to real estate capital structuring. Today, Amy combines her diverse background in business development and relationship-driven advisory services to help clients build sustainable wealth, manage risk, and secure a lasting legacy.
